Ski-mountaineers competitions continue on Mt. Elbrus. Today, on May, 3 team race was held with the prizes of the 4th stage of the Russian Cup, the Elbrus Open Ski-Mountaineering Cup and Victory Cup.

14 teams registered for the race, 11 men’s and 3 women’s teams from Russia, Germany and Bulgaria.

Ivona Mikhailova from Bulgaria with a partner became again the first among women.

Routes were organized very well, however thick fog made the ascent and descent more difficult.

The next competition is the Vertical Kilometer® - Mt Elbrus, 2450-3450 m! Stay tuned!
