Elbrus Vertical Skymarathon is a specific event of high-altitude skyrunning, maybe it is even more than skyrunning. As the highest peak of Europe, Elbrus itself is a kind of Mecca for mountaineers and skyrunners. Together with a good organisation during the Red Fox Elbrus Race the event becomes one of the main in Russia and one of the most extreme and interesting skyrunning events in the world.
